A theft suspect is charged of ranging from authorities while bring a 6-month-old infant on Wednesday.

Verona authorities were contacted us to Titan Eagle at 200 Allegheny River Blvd around 4:30 p.m. A supervisor informed authorities that the suspect, recognized as Andre Frazier, 31, shoplifted on Monday around the very same time with a little one and was back once more.

Authorities stated Frazier was using the very same garments in both events, however had a baby with him on Wednesday.
