Jul. 9– A pair’s disagreement Sunday in the car park of a Joplin Walmart shop finished with the apprehension of the spouse after he supposedly rammed his better half’s car with a 2nd car.
Capt. William Davis of the Joplin Authorities Division stated Oliver J. Cooper, 40, was collared at the scene of the 3:30 a.m. event outside the Walmart at 15th Road and Array Line Roadway.
Davis stated a police officer made use of a stun weapon to obtain Oliver Cooper restrained after he allegedly rammed the car of Tuesday Cooper, 38. He was billed with second-degree residential attack and standing up to apprehension, and he stayed captive Tuesday on a $10,000 bond, with a bond hearing arranged for July 17.
Davis stated Tuesday Cooper did not need prompt clinical focus as an outcome of the accident.
