One injured, one arrested after capturing on Binford Drive

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The Huntsville Police Division (HPD) says a person has been arrested after a capturing late final night time.

Monday night time round 10 p.m., 61-year-old Billy Ray Rice was concerned in a verbal argument with the sufferer close to Binford Drive and Seminole Drive.

Rice reportedly fired one shot and hit the sufferer’s ear.

Officers say he was arrested on scene and interviewed by investigators.

Rice was charged with second-degree assault. He’s at the moment being held on the Madison County Jail on a bond of $2,500.

HPD advised Information 19 that the sufferer was handled at Huntsville Hospital and was steady. There are not any updates on their accidents at the moment.
