One injured, one arrested after capturing on Binford Drive

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The Huntsville Police Division (HPD) says a person has been arrested after a capturing late final night time.

Monday night time round 10 p.m., 61-year-old Billy Ray Rice was concerned in a verbal argument with the sufferer close to Binford Drive and Seminole Drive.

Rice reportedly fired one shot and hit the sufferer’s ear.

Officers say he was arrested on scene and interviewed by investigators.
