Trio-Car Incident Linked to Gunfire in North Seattle on Aurora Avenue

A shooting incident that injured a 21-year-old man multiple times Sunday evening on Aurora Avenue North triggered a crash involving three vehicles.

The event unfolded at approximately 8:30 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of North 130th Street and Aurora Avenue North.

The young man’s car was the target of several gunshots. Bullets also hit a nearby establishment.

Authorities indicated that this gunfire event precipitated a collision involving three cars. It has not been clarified whether there were any other casualties from the crash.

The individual who was shot is currently receiving medical care in a grave condition.

The individual responsible for the shooting absconded from the scene and remains unapprehended.

Officers are diligently working to determine the circumstances that escalated to the shooting.
