On Wednesday, President-elect Donald Trump stated he would nominate Gaetz, the congressman for Florida’s 1st district, for Lawyer Common.
“Matt will root out the systemic corruption at DOJ, and return the Division to its true mission of combating Crime, and upholding our Democracy and Structure,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post.
