Scranton guy butted in robbery of Avoca club

A Scranton guy was billed Thursday in the 2023 robbery of an Avoca club.

Cops claim Victor Martinez-Lopez, 45, and others got into Ernie G’s Club and Restaurant on the early morning of April 25, 2023. The intruders damaged, and harmed the structure’s monitoring and security system creating a number of thousand bucks well worth of damages, cops claimed. The intruders got into video gaming devices and a risk-free and swiped beer and alcohol, according to cops.

A risk-free and automated teller machine having hundreds of bucks were eliminated from the structure and located cleared and harmed in a barren location off Stafford Method in Scranton by the Scranton Cops Division.

Avoca cops claim they were notified by the Pennsylvania State Cops Criminal Offense Laboratory in June that DNA from an item of proof situated at the criminal offense scene was connected to Martinez-Lopez.
