We first reported that the crash took place in the morning hours of August 5 near the Grand Parkway in the better Houston location. State Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety claimed the Cybertruck vehicle driver was heading west on Cedar Parkway when the vehicle left the road near Fisher Roadway for unidentified factors.
