Authorities stated at 9:42 p.m., policemans were sent off to 500 Superior Method, Valley Balcony for a record of shots terminated.
Responding policemans consulted with a woman that stated she saw a think man worn all black shooting 2 rounds right into the air throughout a debate.
The woman did not recognize that the man was and supplied no more details, authorities stated.
Other individuals on the scene informed policemans they were not there at the time the male terminated shots, yet that they did not see or listen to anything.
