South Oriental AI chip manufacturers Rebellions and Sapeon accept combine

SEOUL (Reuters) – South Oriental artificial-intelligence chip manufacturers Rebellions Inc and Sapeon Korea Inc have actually authorized a conclusive merging contract, the independently held business stated on Sunday.

They revealed merging arrangements in June. The offer is the most recent effort by South Oriental business to test worldwide AI chip leaders such as Nvidia.
