BOJ will not increase prices when markets unsteady, deputy guv states

HAKODATE, Japan (Reuters) – Financial Institution of Japan (BOJ) Replacement Guv Shinichi Uchida stated on Wednesday the reserve bank will not increase rate of interest when economic markets are unsteady.
