The Georgia Court of Appeals on Wednesday ordered a halt to the state election interference case against Donald Trump while it examines a judge’s ruling allowing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to stay on the case.
Trump — the GOP’s presumptive nominee for president — is facing four criminal cases altogether. He is the first former American president to be convicted of a crime.
